The Providers who deliver Services through CreativeArtsTherapy.com are all independent professional and are solely responsible for the Services they provide through this Site. CreativeArtsTherapy.com does not provide any of the Provider’s Services thus neither CreativeArtsTherapy.com or any third party who promote the Providers’ Services are liable for any professional advice you received.  


CreativeArtsTherapy.com Site and Services are not for emergencies and or any urgent situations. For any emergencies you should seek medical advice immediately or call 911.


3. Site Content

Contents of this Site should not be considered medical advice or representation that any specific prescription, medication or treatment is safe or effective for you. CreativeArtsTherapy.com is neither an insurance product nor a prescription fulfillment Site. Any prescription, medication or treatment that you can find in the Site is solely from our Providers. 


4. Prescription Policy

CreativeArtsTherapy.com operations are under the state’s regulations there may be instances that prescriptions provided by the Providers are not available in your state. A. Health care services can be delivered via phone calls or interactive audio and video technology where the patient and the Provider are not in the same physical location. Your health history and personal details may be discussed during these consultations via calls or interactive audio and video. This audio and video technology can be used by the Providers to perform physical examination.  


10. The calls or audio and video technology Services that you will receive from our Providers are not intended to replace your relationship with your primary health care professional or be your permanent medical home. In emergency cases, you should seek help from your primary health care provider and especially as recommended by the Providers of this Site. Arrangements are done by CreativeArtsTherapy.com for follow up care either in this Site or through other Providers. One of the benefits of our Services is improved access to healthcare professionals. You can directly access our Customer Support team to follow up on medication reactions or known side effects.

b. Medical Disclaimer. We do not guarantee or warrant any advice, consult or treatment with the Physician. Our Physicians are independent contractors. You agree that You and the Physician are responsible with one another. We are mere facilitator not a party of the Doctor-Patient relationship. You also agree that Your Website is not a substitute for primary care. Should your situation worsen, we recommend contacting your physician immediately.


Limitation of Damages


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage where such damages result from: (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service, or (ii) service engagement with the Physician. 

Statute of Limitation


Any action in relation to the breach of this Term or related to the Website shall be filed within (1) one year, regardless to the date the breach is discovered. Any claim or action not brought within that (1) one year time period will forever be barred. This section shall survive termination of this Term. 


11. Eligibility

In order to access the Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years of age and possess the legal right and ability. 


The Services are available for use by children, but the Member for all patients under the age of 18 must be the patient’s parent or legal guardian. If you register as the parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor, you will be fully responsible for complying with these Terms of Use.

This Terms of Use supersedes any all previous oral and/or written, express and/or implied agreements.
